Dental consulting
Know your numbers. Then know what to do about them.
Need help understanding your analytics, or help running the office? Work with a consultant who has done the job, and who starts from your real numbers instead of a generic playbook.

What we work on
The parts of the office that move the numbers.
Every engagement is shaped to the office, and most of them touch these six areas.
Production
Where the schedule has room, which procedures are being planned but not done, and what each provider's day is worth.
Collections
What is owed, how old it is, which claims are stuck, and a routine for working them every week.
Treatment planning
How treatment is planned and presented, how many patients say yes, and how to follow up on the ones who did not book.
Staff training
Phone skills, scheduling, financial conversations and recall, taught to the people who do them.
Software and practice management
Getting more out of your practice management system, so the numbers going in are right and the team is not working around it.
Using your analytics
Which pages to open each morning, each week and each month, and what to do about what they show.
Packages
Three ways to work together.
Start small and move up if it is useful. Every package begins with the same free call.

Questions
Before you call.
- Do I need Pulse to work with you?
- The packages are built around your Pulse dashboard, because it is how we both see the same numbers without anyone exporting reports. If you are not on Pulse yet, start with the call and we will tell you what is possible.
- We are not on Open Dental. Can you still help?
- Tell us what you use. Training and coaching do not depend on the software, and we are adding practice systems to Pulse based on who asks.
- Is this remote or in person?
- Sessions are by video. Team training can be remote or at your office, which is part of the quote.
- Who will I be working with?
- Rosemary Espinoza, who leads every engagement.
